1. What StickyPlane Is

StickyPlane is a personal memory and recall tool. It is designed to act as a second brain for your fleeting thoughts and links.

It is not a social network.
It is not a collaborative document editor.
It is a single-player tool optimized for your individual speed.

2. How Notes Are Processed

We process data only when you explicitly take an action.

On Save: When you press Enter, our AI receives the text to generate tags and a summaries.
On Search: When you type a query, our AI embeds it to find semantic matches in your notes.
Inputs Used: We only process the Title, Link URL, and Note Content.

3. What We DO NOT Do

✓No background scraping of your browsing history.
✓No reading of other tabs or browser data.
✓No hidden background processing when the app is idle.

4. Infrastructure Principles

Privacy-First Architecture: Your data is siloed. We designed the database so that user data is logically separated.
Minimal Data Retention: We do not keep logs of your AI queries for longer than necessary to service the request.
Developer-First: We make decisions based on what we would want for our own private data.

5. Limitations

Please understand the nature of LLMs (Large Language Models).

AI summaries are automated and may not be 100% perfect.
